                   ORDERING MERCHANDISE:

    at (912) 233-9797 or (912) 233-8802 during regular business hours of 10am-5pm EST Monday-Saturday.  We
    accept personal checks (with proper identification), VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or AMEX as payment for any           merchandise. Items paid for with a personal check will be shipped upon the check clearing our bank 
   (generally 7-10 days).  A 6% Georgia sales tax applies unless the item is shipped outside of Georgia.  If the 
    item is being purchased for resale and a valid tax exempt certificate number can be provided you are 
    exempt from Georgia sales tax.


                   GUARANTEED SATISFACTION:
           Southern Charm Antiques, LLC believes that our reputation is based on customer satisfaction.  If a
  customer is unsatisfied with their purchase, a return (in the original condition shipped with the original store
  label attached) will be accepted within 5 days of receipt with prior notification.  The customer will be responsible
  for the "two" way transportation and insurance costs by the delivery service. ALL ITEMS SHIPPED MUST
  BE INSURED

Southern Charm Antiques, LLC will be happy to assist you in any way possible to arrange for shipment
  of your purchased items.  All shipping and handling charges are the customers responsibility and are in
  addition to the
prices listed.  Some items will be packed by us and picked up by, or taken to, the shipper you
  decide to use.  We are responsible for items while in our possession, however, we must require that insurance
  be purchased on all items shipped to cover the item while in transport.  For larger merchandise, you may want to
  check with one of the following companies regarding shipment.

Specialty  Moving and Delivery, a Savannah based company, may be used for transport in
                        Savannah and the surrounding area.  Eddie Bolch, owner, offers packing/crating, loading and
                        unloading, assembly, and installation for larger items.  With a specialty in items that require
                        special handling, Mr. Bolch can care for your transport of antiques.

Custom Packaging & Shipping, a Savannah based company provides complete shipping
                        services for your purchases. These include pickup of items, custom packing, shipping arrangements,
                        and insurance. Crating of items is offered if needed for those large or delicate items. You may email
